Terms of Use for Partners

Welcome to Sportin, a mobile application for booking sports facilities, managing fitness centers, and other sports activities. These Terms of Use for Partners govern your cooperation with Sportin and relate to the use of our application for receiving bookings or memberships for your sports facilities. Please read these terms carefully and accept them in order to use the Sportin Partner application.

Registration and Access to the Application

a) To become a Sportin Partner, you must register through our partner platform and provide valid information about your sports facility.
b) Providing false or incomplete information about the sports facility may result in denial of access or termination of your partnership with Sportin.

Receiving Bookings:

a) As a Sportin Partner, you agree to receive bookings or memberships for the agreed sports facilities you offer.
b) You agree to ensure the accuracy of information regarding availability, pricing, and terms of use of the sports facility or sports activities.
c) In the event that a specific time slot is booked through the Sportin application, you agree to ensure that the sports facility is available to the user at the reserved time.

Booking Charges:

a) In the case of a reservation cancellation by the user, the Sportin Partner reserves the right to charge for the booked time slot.
b) Payment may be processed via the Sportin platform, which will carry out an automatic transaction with the user (for bookings paid via card). In the case of selected cash payment, Sportin reserves the right to charge the users profile the amount of the booked service.
c) The Sportin Partner must ensure that price information is clearly presented to users before booking.

Complaints and Claims:

a) In case of user dissatisfaction or complaints related to the sports facility, the partner agrees to act professionally and resolve complaints in accordance with the rules of the Sportin application.
b) The partner will cooperate with the Sportin team to resolve any misunderstandings and provide quality service to users.

Security and Data Protection:

a) The Sportin Partner must take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of user data and prevent unauthorized access or misuse of data.
b) The partner agrees to comply with all applicable data protection laws and will not share user data with third parties without user consent.

Promotion and Marketing:

a) Sportin may use information about the sports facility and provided services for marketing purposes on its platforms.
b) The partner agrees to provide accurate information about the sports facility and that Sportin has the right to use this information for the promotion of the application.

Pricing and Payment:

a) Sportin reserves the right to update service fees at any time and will notify the Client of any fee changes before they come into effect.
b) The prices displayed in the application are final and expressed in Euros (EUR).
c) Accepted payment methods will include: credit or debit card and cash at the partners location.
d) Sportin uses all available means to ensure the confidentiality and security of payment data transferred by the user during transactions via the application. As such, the application uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment system.
e) Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing bank. If the institution does not approve the payment, Sportin shall not be held responsible.

Data Protection:

a) Information or personal data provided by the Partner to Sportin during transactions in the application will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the data protection policy.

Termination of Partnership:

a) Sportin reserves the right to terminate the partnership with any partner if it is found that the partner has violated these Terms of Use.
b) The partner has the right to request termination of the partnership with Sportin, with prior notice and a valid reason.

Changes to the Terms:

a) Sportin reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use for Partners with prior notice.
b) The partner will be informed of any changes to the Terms of Use, and continued use of the Sportin application will be considered acceptance of the changes.

These Terms of Use take effect from the moment you become a Sportin Partner and remain in force as long as your partnership lasts. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use or are unable to comply with them, please refrain from using the Sportin Partner application.

Creating a User Account :

a) To use the Sportin application, you must create a user account and provide accurate information about yourself.
b) Ensure that your user data is secure and do not share your login credentials with others.

Booking Sports Facilities and Purchasing Memberships

a) The Sportin application allows you to book sports time slots or purchase memberships with contracted Partners.
b) When booking a time slot or purchasing a membership, you agree to provide accurate information about the booking time and ensure that you have sufficient funds to pay for the booking in the case of card payment.

Booking Cancellations:

a) If you wish to cancel a booking, you agree to do so within the specified time frame, and in accordance with the cancellation policy of the contracted partners.
b) Sportin reserves the right to charge your user account the amount of the booking in the case of untimely cancellation.

Use of Sports Facilities:

a) When using a reserved sports facility, you agree to comply with the rules and conditions of the sports venue.
b) You are responsible for your behavior during the use of the sports facility and bear liability for any damage you may cause.

Wallet:

a) The Wallet represents a monetary value displayed on the users profile.
b) The user may top up their Wallet balance at any time.
c) The user may use the Wallet balance as a payment method within the Sportin application.
d) Sportin has the right to deduct from the Wallet balance in case of misuse of the application or untimely cancellation of a booking.
e) Sportin reserves the right to define the conditions of use of the Wallet credit, including the possibility of changing its value or usage limits.

Security and Privacy:

a) Your security and privacy are important to us. Sportin will take reasonable measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
b) Please read our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your personal data.

Credit Card Payment Security

The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured through the use of TLS encryption. Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a process of encoding data to prevent unauthorized access during its transmission.

This enables the secure transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the users computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa. WebPay and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected against unauthorized access.

The merchant does not store credit card numbers, and the numbers are not available to unauthorized persons.

User Conduct:

a) You agree to use the Sportin application in accordance with applicable laws and not to engage in illegal, offensive, or harmful activities.
b) You will not misuse or disrupt the operation of the application, nor interfere with other users’ experience.

Intellectual Property:

a) Sportin retains all intellectual property rights over the application and its content.
b) You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content of the application without prior permission from Sportin.

Termination of Use:

a) Sportin reserves the right to limit or terminate your access to the application if you violate these Terms of Use.
b) You have the right to stop using the Sportin application at any time.

These Terms of Use come into effect from the moment you accept and start using the Sportin application and remain valid as long as you use the application. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please stop using the Sportin application.

a) Sportin collects certain personal data when creating a user account, including your name, email address, contact number, and location.
b) We may also collect additional information about you, such as your preferences for sports facilities and the bookings you have made through the app.

a) The personal data we collect will be used to provide sports facility booking services and to manage your user account.
b) We may also use your data to improve and personalize our services, as well as for marketing purposes, with your consent.

Sharing of Personal Data:

a) Sportin will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or regulation.
b) We may share anonymous and general data that does not reveal your identity for research and statistical analysis purposes.

Protection of Personal Data:

a) Sportin will take reasonable technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
b) However, please note that no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

Retention of Personal Data:

a) Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to provide services through the Sportin application and in accordance with applicable laws.
b) You have the right to request the deletion or modification of your personal data from our database, unless restricted by law.

Cookies and Tracking:

a) Sportin may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance app functionality and personalize your user experience.
b) You can manage your cookie settings in your device settings.
